Game Mechanics

ANO-KA-HILO GAME MECHANICS
  • Ø  A game played individually
  • Ø  Each player will turn around 10x while her body is bended.
  • Ø  After turning, the player will start following a straight line
  • Ø  The fastest player that reaches the finish line without falling down wins.

PRIZE: TO BE DISCLOSED ON THE EVENT

TUG OF WAR GAME MECHANICS

Ø  Form two teams of at least six people each.

Ø  Line both teams up on their respective ends of the rope.

Ø  Each team gets on either side of the rope and tries to pull the other team across the ground marker. When any body part of the other team crosses the line, the game is over and the opposite team wins. 

Ø  The team that gets pulled over the ground marker loses.

ZOMBIE RUN MARATHON
  • Ø  PLAYED INDIVIDUALLY
  •  
  • Ø  EACH PLAYER WILL HAVE 3 RED FLAGS TIED ON THEIR WAIST, A SIGN OF THEIR REMAINING LIVES
  •  
  • Ø  WHILE ON THE RUN, THERE WILL BE ZOMBIES OR MONSTERS ASSIGNED ON CERTAIN PLACES TO SCARE, CATCH AND GET THE PLAYERS FLAGS
  •  
  •  
  • Ø  PLAYERS WHO LOSE ALL THEIR 3 FLAGS WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE RACE
  •  
  • Ø  THE PLAYER WHO FINISHES THE RACE FIRST WITHOUT LOSING AT LEAST ONE OR MORE FLAGS WILL BE THE WINNER

TALONG RELAY

  • Ø Tie an eggplant at the end of one string while the other end is tied around your waist
  • Ø With a bottle cap on the floor, inside out or otherwise, the participant is suppose to take a swing at it or drag it with the eggplant without using their hands towards the finish line.   
  • Ø The player who reaches the finish line first wins the game.

TREASURE HUNT

  • Ø  PLAYED BY GROUPS
  •  
  • Ø  FROM THE STARTING LINE, TEAMS WILL BE ASSIGNED TO GO TO THE CERTAIN PLACES OR PERSONS TO GET THEIR FIRST TASK

  • Ø  THERE WILL BE A TOTAL OF 10 TASKS FOR EACH TEAM. EACH TASK SHOULD BE DONE PROPERLY TO MOVE TO THE NEXT TASK
  •  
  • Ø  IF ALL THE ASSIGNED TASKS ARE COMPLETELY DONE, THEIR LAST GOAL IS TO FIND THEIR OWN TEAM’S FLAG (WHICH WILL BE THE TREASURE) AND GO BACK TO THE STARTING POINT.

  • Ø  THE FIRST TEAM TO GO BACK AND HAS DONE ALL THE TASKS WILL BE THE WINNER

Sumo Wrestling
  • Ø The aim is to force your opponent out of the ring 
  •  
  • Ø  The sumo wrestlers cannot pull hair, strike at the eyes, or punch with a closed fist. There is no wrestling outside of the ring. Opponents should help each other up when they fall down. Don't lift by the head or breasts.
  •  
  • Ø  The player that forces her opponent’s body for two rounds wins.

PATINTERO GAME MECHANICS

  • Ø  Played by two teams, passers and guards
  • Ø  Passers position themselves at a starting line.
  • Ø  Guards must be positioned on the lines. They cannot step inside the squares.
  • Ø  Guards can tag a passer inside the square if s/he is within reach.
  • Ø  Passers cannot stay inside the squares for more than 3 minutes (time can be changed). They have to try to cross the line.
  • Ø  If a passer is caught, s/he will be eliminated.
  • Ø  Once all Passers are eliminated, the groups will exchange places.
  • Ø  Once a player crosses the lines and returns without getting caught, her/his group gets a point.


GOAL:

Ø  Passers are supposed to cross the lines from the starting point and back.
Ø  Guards will prevent them from crossing the lines.
Ø  Once one passer crosses the lines and gets back without being caught, the group gets a point.
Ø  The group with the most number of points wins.

PAPER DANCE
  • Ø  Played by two persons
  •  
  • Ø  Each pair dances around a sheet of paper
  •  
  • Ø   Once the music stops, the pair needs to be inside the paper area.
  •  
  • Ø  Then the paper gets folded in half.
  •  
  • Ø  The whole process is repeated until such time that only one foot can fit the paper and the stronger partner will have to carry the other. 
  •  
  • Ø  The pair, who can endure the difficult and diminishing paper, wins the game.

LONGEST LINE
  • Ø  Players should be divided into two groups
  •  
  • Ø  The groups should make a line using only the stuffs they are wearing.
  •  
  • Ø  The group that has the longest POSSIBLE line wins.

APPLE EATING GAME

  • Ø  Played by two persons, the apple holder and the apple eater.
  •  
  •  
  • Ø  The apple holder will hold the apple using any part of her face and the apple eater will eat the apple while their hands are behind their backs.
  •  
  •  
  • Ø  The first couple who has the most reduced apple size within 2 minutes will win the game.

BEER DRINKING GAME

  • Ø  The goal is to finish a bottle of beer within 2 minutes.
  • Ø  The player that has the most reduced amount of beer wins.

CALAMANSI RELAY

  • Ø  Each member of a team will carry the calamansi with a plastic spoon in their mouth.
  •  
  • Ø  Starting from a certain position, the member races to a designated spot and then back to his teammates where she relays the calamansi thru the spoon.
  •  
  •  
  • Ø  The first team to finish wins.

Ø  PLAYED BY PAIRS

Ø  PLAYERS PASS THE EGGS TO THEIR PARTNERS ON A CERTAIN DISTANCE

Ø  EACH PASSING OF EGGS, PAIRS SHALL MOVE AWAY FROM EACH OTHER UNTIL THEY REACH THE MAXIMUM DISTANCE.

Ø  PAIRS WHO BREAK AN EGG WILL BE ELIMINATED

Ø  THE LAST PAIR STANDING WITHOUT BREAKING THE EGG WILL BE THE WINNER
